Mondo Lovin'

It was two years ago when I discovered Mondo Juice - I remember writing some funny post about it. LOL

It took me a while to come back since I wasn't always in Megamall but lately, I've been getting my juice on! Hahaha! I cannot even begin to explain how much I love Mondo Juice. Maybe I haven't tried other juices/smoothies that will kick Mondo's ass. I've tried Jamba Juice but it's just not for me. -_- I shall let my photos explain my love for Mondo Juice. Hahaha

Their prices range from Php 150-185 which is not bad. It's like buying Starbucks except there's not caffeine and it's organic! I should seriously be the Ambassador of Mondo Juice - if such a thing existed. Hahaha. Shameless plugging right there. They have a lot of options to choose from and you can check out their menu and where they are located at their website and like their Facebook page while you're at it.

I hope they open more branches - maybe one in Katipunan or SM Marikina so that I can have my mondo fix whenever I want. hihi.

See you all again soon Mondo Juice Megamall (4th floor Atrium)!

Keeping busy

It's weird how we all look forward to every break form school that we get but a few days after the break has started we all complain about how boring it is. Funny, isn't it? I guess we all need a couple of days to recharge then go back to work. Well, that's how it works for me.

One of my worries when the break started was that I might go crazy not doing anything. Although there a couple of things that I would love to do but somehow.. it doesn't really happen, there are other things that I do just to make myself feel busy or what not.

For the last couple of days, I've been going around the metro running errands for my parents and the wildest errand I had to run was shipping fruits to my grandparents back in Samar because I had to go to the airport and get a permit! But look, even the airport was feeling the Christmas spirit:
NAIA Terminal 3 Christmas 3. HAHAHA
Getting those fruits a permit to fly!
That's not the end of it though but the following days was definitely rewarding. We went out to burn all the calories we ate and we even had a photo taken with Santa!!

Lavin kids with Santa!
The break is not over yet! There are more adventures waiting for me! :D

Fruits, Genesis and a long ride home

Today, i was reunited with a friend whom I haven't seen for most of the Christmas break. As much as I don't want to admit it, I missed her terribly. Since we lived somewhere over the rainbow, I offered her a ride home. While we were waiting for my car, she brought up the topic about Adam and Eve and all that jazz.

While we were talking about how the fruit was never specified anywhere - not to be blasphemous or anything, I suggested something that was triggered by the idea that her professor has given the class. Her professor said Adam ate the fruit and BOOM! I know, the statement is wrong but upon hearing this I immediately replied So, there was this man who was not accounted for standing between Adam and Eve. Then, Adam ate the banana *wink*

After that statement, we found ourselves laughing at our new story of creation. Oh how I love it.

I miss having weird conversations while we're commuting going home. I guess that's the benefit of living far far away from school, we get to bond with each other and talk about things that are totally out of this world.
