Let this be an open letter to the Gokongweis.

I believe that this ad is highly misleading. I am very disappointed at how this ad claims that ALL ROBINSONS MALLS HAVE FREE WIFI. Although this ad holds a bit of truth to it, there are flaws to this ad.

1. Although the mall has wifi in it, the wifi is limited to a certain part of the mall which is unfair and a hassle.

2. Not ALL Robinsons Malls have WORKING wifi.

I hope that you attend to your problem soon. Thank you very much.

See, I was in Robinson's Otis a while ago and I had to finish my homework. I opened my laptop and connected to the wifi, although my laptop and phone can detect the wifi, I can not connect. It was really bothersome trying to connect, I ended up wasting my time. What a waste of time. You see, time is money. Waste my time, you waste my money.

Also, since I'm 90% in Taft, I always hang out in Robinson's Place Manila. It's one of the biggest Robinson's - I think. This mall is divided into two part: Midtown (which has wifi) and the old Robinsons (which has no wifi at all). The mall is big enough to tire me walking from one end to another and It's a real bother when I have to change locations for wifi. What kind of mall keeps the wifi to a limited space? It's quite unfair that they leave the old Robinsons not connected to the web plus it's really a bother - just in case I forgot to mention.

So I dedicate this blog to Mr./Ms. Gokongwei who is in charge of Robinson's Malls. I believe that there are wifi problems that ought to be fixed, AQAP (As Quick As Possible). I love hanging out in Robinsons Malls and I will, for sure, continue to hang out in these malls. I hope the problem is addressed soon though.
