This was taken in one of the parks in Makati. The man on his back is an instructor of a certain martial art (i think).

  • Shutter speed: 1/80
  • F-stop: f/22
  • Aperture value: f/22
  • Focal length: 33mm
  • ISO: 800

This was taken along Katipunan Avenue one rainy afternoon.

  • Shutter speed: 1/100
  • F-stop: f/5
  • Aperture value: f/4.9
  • Focal length: 29mm
  • ISO: 800
This photo gives off a dramatic effect because the cars behind them are blurred and the subjects look like they are deep in conversation. As seen in the photo, the pale pink umbrella is the point of entry since it is the only outstanding color against the blues, greens and grays that dominate the photo. It is also graphic in a sense that the lines - paint on the ground and the fences - give depth to the photo.

This photo was taken along Xavierville Avenue, they are construction workers on their way to work. I sharpened this photo because it was a bit blurry.

  • Shutter speed: 1/800
  • F-stop: f/5.6
  • Aperture value: f/5.6
  • Focal length: 50mm
  • ISO: 800
Surprise and moment are both seen in the photo; the workers saw me from afar and decided to wave at me for fun - I was taken by surprise when they waved at me for the photo! Hahaha Moment is present here because if the photo were taken earlier, I wouldn't have captured the joyous expressions of these workers before they reached their site.

This was also taken along the same street as the previous photo, they're the one who sell the colorful balloons along Katipunan sometimes.

  • Shutter speed: 1/800
  • F-stop: f/5
  • Aperture value: f/4.9
  • Focal length: 37mm
  • ISO: 800
The colorful balloons give a great contrast against the dull colors of the street during that early morning.

This was taken along C-5 - looking at the photo closely, we could see that a whole family is on the motorcycle and the child has no protection whatsoever aside from her parents.

  • Shutter speed: 1/1000
  • F-stop: f/5
  • Aperture value: f/4.9
  • Focal length: 41mm
  • ISO: 400
There is an element of surprise in this photo because if seen from another angle, it would look like it is only the couple on the motorcycle but from the side, you would see that their child is in the middle. The element moment is also present here, since I was in a moving vehicle and they were moving as well, it would have been different if the picture was taken earlier or later.

This photo was taken somewhere in Paranaque, the blurred spots of he photo are from the windshield.

  • Shutter speed: 1/500
  • F-stop: f/5.6
  • Aperture value: f/5.6
  • Focal length: 55mm
  • ISO: 800

Finally, this was taken somewhere in Silang Cavite (going to Tagaytay). These men are having their morning exercise which is quite dangerous because it is a 2 lane road where cars, buses and trucks race most of the time.

  • Shutter speed: 1/2500
  • F-stop: f/5
  • Aperture value: f/4.9
  • Focal length: 41mm
  • ISO: 800
This photo is graphic in such a way that the road gives a sense of depth on how far each nike is from each other. Also the vertical lines give contrast to the lines on the road, it also gives an illusion that each cyclist is in some sort of box. Moment can also be seen here because if this photo were taken later, only two cyclists would be shown - since I was in a moving vehicle.

All photos are taken in different places because I was having one of my adventures when I was doing this assignment. I missed a lot of potentially good photos but I guess these make up for it. :)
